Audience

The dermatology Clinical Assistants Meeting is aimed at dermatology clinical assistants and GPs with a special interest in (GPwSI) dermatology. By registering for this meeting you confirm that you fall into one of these categories. We reserve the right to reject registrations where we know this not to be the case.

Cancellation

Up to and including 15 August 2008: full refund
After 15 August: no refund

Non-delegates

If you wish to bring non-delegates as hotel guests, you must:
- book any additional rooms required at the hotel (if you only require double occupancy please indicate this on the form),
- settle all additional expenses relating to accommodation and subsistence directly with the hotel on check out:
  - in the case of additional rooms this will be the full cost of the additional room,
  - in the case of double occupancy, this will be £25 bed & breakfast per person per night(subject to alteration by the hotel),
  - adult non-delegates may attend the Saturday dinner. The cost for this three course meal is £35 (subject to alteration by the hotel).
- indicate on the form that you will be bringing non-delegates and whether they will require a meal on the Saturday.
- MedSense will not handle any additional room bookings or expenses.
Any person attending as a non delegate will not be permitted to attend the meeting. If they wish to attend the meeting they must be a clinical assistant/ GPwSI and will be required to pay the full delegate rate at registration.
